series of applications that were in the process of becoming patented. Managed Broadcom Applications used by Charter
for internal use.
Key Accomplishments:
● Developed python programs used by Charter Communications for 911 Gateway Tracking.
● Participated in code for a call center dashboard system called the “IVR Dashboard” where call center
supervisors can track various CSP metrics, utilizing Python and MySQL.
● Administered The DX Spectrum Application used by Charter from Broadcom. Performed server
startup/shutdown for maintenance, troubleshooted issues with the server when issues came up, and pulled data
from the server for reports that were presented to C-Suite employees.
● Added SQL Server instances to multiple servers upon employee request, and shut down servers for
decommission using Broadcom’s CA Client automation web interface.

Developed Mobile applications for 600+ clients to display the meals they ordered from the Manchester and Sullivan food
locations.
Key Accomplishments:
● Significantly increased technology base, transitioning from a Wix Website to a custom-built website hosted and
controlled by Firebase, utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Prepared C# applications for Aging Ahead Management to run and export custom reports for day-to-day processes.
● Programmed an iOS and Android Application for 600+ Clients to use to view their meal history, view registered
data, and view company news. These applications were written in Swift and Java respectively.

non-profit called Aging Ahead, where I developed a complex website, database, reporting applications, and mobile applications. I
was also a Software Developer and Application Administrator for Charter, where I managed a Broadcom-hosted Application
called “DX Spectrum”, developed some python programs that underwent the process to become patented in the US, developed
dashboards in Grafana, and performed various SQL/Database tasks for employees.
