Ian Patrick G. Gooding

I have worked in various industries for about 12 years such as the industrial catering, automotive sales, banking, health insurance, cable and telco. I have worked for local companies like Nissan, and BPO companies including HSBC, APAC, and Teletech.

Majority of my experience is from the BPO industry, and most of the work I had done revolves around customer service. However, with my wide experience I had been able to develop my skills in sales, training, customer retention, product troubleshooting, data gathering and reporting.

My most recent employment was for an online sales company in Australia providing technical assistance and troubleshooting through either calls, email or chat. I also conducted product training for my colleagues to share my knowledge with the team.

I have worked with a number of CRM tools from my previous jobs. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office specifically Excel. I have basic Photoshop knowledge.

With my skill set and experience, I can quickly learn and adapt to the new work environment. I enjoy learning new skills I can use and build on. I have a very keen eye for detail and I am resourceful when gathering data. I always aim to excel in everything I do. I maintain a high level of integrity and quality to the work I am doing.
