IAN O’MALLEY
PROFILE
As a content creator and editor, I have extensive experience of
working to set deadlines across a variety of formats to produce
clear, engaging and innovative content. I am detail-focussed,
creative and able to write in many different styles. I have
published several educational books, a children’s book and novel
and write a sports blog.
Working in Ireland, England, Spain, Italy and Switzerland in
educational, publishing and training organisations, I have
successfully transitioned through a range of roles, including operational, academic, team
and project management.
As a trainer and presenter, I have worked with clients and companies from around the
world, specialising in ‘cross-cultural interactions in the workplace’ and language
acquisition for further study and career.
As a sportsperson, I have represented Ireland in World Cups in Touch Rugby as a player
and coach and am now involved with the Swiss national team.
