I had training with the following, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Sales Support, lead generation, Project Managing, Quality Assurance all from my last work experience as we have to able to handle everything that is given to us, also includes answering Help Desk tickets, Calling possible Clients and/or Resellers all over the world using X-lite and Ring Central, with the right instructions and directions, I am easily adaptable to any work given by a client, I also love to work hard and achieve excellence in order to finish the job.
