Collect data and carry out analytics to determine the trend of farmers in the area of
regenerative agriculture within Embu County.

Duties and Responsibilities
Addressing Students’ examinations queries.
Assisting the Chairperson of Department and the Dean of the School to prepare all
examinations documents such as pass lists, consolidated mark sheets and graduation lists.
Following up and ensuring that examination papers are set and submitted promptly for
moderation.
Ensuring timely submission of moderated examination papers across all programmes to
the examination office.
Liaising with the University Timetabler to ensure that all units are timetabled and the
examinations timetable communicated to all students and invigilators in good time.
Coordinating prompt delivery of examination papers and other materials to the timetabled
examination venues.
Cross check all scripts after examination and ensure that each examiner picks his/her
scripts for assessment.
Receiving all marked examination scripts/CAT marks and assist CoD in mark checking
and processing of results.
Assisting the Chairperson of the department and the Dean of the School during
examination result presentation at the Departmental Committee meeting, School Board
and the Senate.
Assisting the Chairperson of Department and the Dean of the School in maintaining
