SKILLS / HOW I CAN HELP YOU

1. Set up, catch up, clean up, and keep up your database so that you don't have to worry about it. I will: -Accurately record, transcribe, or transfer your contacts, whether it be from handwritten notes, business cards, emails, or from one database to another. -Merge data when necessary, remove duplicates, and search for and enter missing information, all while retaining the integrity of your data. -Update your database when required, or set up a monthly/quarterly check to enter new information or make any necessary adjustments. 

2. Provide quality transcription and data entry services, with an average typing speed of 115 wpm, to help save you time and money. I will: -Manually transcribe data from one source to another when scraping or conversion is not possible. -Transcribe audio to text. -Create professional, clean documents for your company (letters, memorandums, invoices, contracts, etc.) 

3. Provide a host of other administrative services to keep your business running smoothly. I will: -Proofread/edit your: letter(s), email(s), book(s), article(s), etc. -Help you with uploading your contacts to a CRM program. -Assist with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Google Docs troubleshooting.
