Hi all, 

My name is Ian, I've been in an inbound and outbound call center industry for 10 years that includes technical Support, Customer Service and Sales. My recent position was a Supervisory position for a year in the Sales Department which I mastered Microsoft Excel and soft skills like decision making and analysis. 

I can manage my time wisely and I'm eager to learn with the available data on the internet. I like spending most of my time in front of a computer doing research and practicing work related tools like Excel. This time, I would like to take this opportunity for me to learn more about online jobs and I know that I could excel on this as I've already proven myself in the BPO industry.
