One of the primary skills I developed is effective communication, as I regularly interact with clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring that inquiries are addressed clearly, courteously, and professionally.
-I also have experience working in Rural and Universal Bank which allowed me to acquire a range of valuable skills that contribute to both professional growth and effective customer service. One of the key skills I developed is accuracy in handling financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while strictly following banking procedures and security protocols.
I also strengthened my attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, especially in a fast-paced environment where precision is essential. Managing cash and balancing transactions at the end of the day required a high level of responsibility and accountability.
