I have worked as IT Engineer at ISON for more than three (3) years now. My team is in charge managing the Data Center for the smooth running of the call center. Some of my duties are as follows

1. Provide end-user-support to agents both physically and remotely.
2. Administer the servers by enforcing policies ,authenticating users,create/modify/delete users from the Domain Controller
3. Provide the right privileges and accesses to users in relation to access networked drives,computers etc.
4. Generate a daily,weekly and monthly report on incidents, downtime's ,assets etc
5. Ensure that all hardware (desktop,printers etc) are network connected and accessible at all times.
6. Help the network team in troubleshooting,identifying and resolving network issues
7. Server as a Systems Administrator
8. Being the lead , I connect to multiple locations to help resolve issues if need be

In my free time, I search the web for information about trending and upcoming technologies. I also have knowledge on Oracle Apex RAD software.
