Control is implemented using Siemens S7-300 and ET-200S along with Siemens MicroMaster and HMI. Mechanical calculations and actuator sizing were carried out then the system was modelled on Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) and SolidWorks to check for failure and fatigue. o Mechanical design, analysis, optimization and implementation of a 3D-Printer with an enclosed printing chamber for better temperature control. One of the main design features is the ease of changing the maximum print size from one version to the other. o Software implementation, circuits design and manufacturing of a 3-Axis milling machine controller to convert a conventional milling machine to a CNC milling machine. The computer software compiles the G-Code and the embedded software and electronic circuits convert the communicated commands to controlled motion. o Developed, in Python, a Chess engine implementing different game theories and advanced search algorithms. 3
