IT Consultant with more than 18+ years of experience working in different types of industries such as Retail, Financial, NGOs, Telecommunications, Managed Services, and Higher Education, both in the Private/Public Sector, managing, implementing, delivering and collaborating IT Service Management, IT process development and implementation with solutions according to industry best practices.

In the last 13 years, I have worked as an area manager, designing strategies, guidelines, metrics, service levels, and operating agreements, which help to endure the organization’s objectives, in addition to managing services and resources, through operational indicators. I have extensive experience in managing Service Desk/Help Desk, Processes and Incident Life Cycle.

My main focus is to seek to generate value and collaborate in different areas to make the work of the organization more efficient, through continuous improvement through training, being at the forefront of technological changes and in turn establishing measurable and achievable goals for thus obtaining the overcoming of the challenges through the commitments in favor of our business partners.

My current occupation involves working independently as a business generator and offering IT consulting services.
