Hristo Kolarov

My name is Hristo Kolarov, and I am an ambitious and results-oriented Business Management graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management (International Business) from the EU Business School. With a passion for driving innovation and delivering sustainable solutions, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can leverage my skills in leadership, data analysis, and process optimization to contribute to organizational success. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, with a basic understanding of Spanish, I bring a global perspective and strong communication skills that allow me to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering growth. During my time as a Data Analyst and Assistant Manager at Afro Asia Zimbabwe Tobacco from 2023 to 2024, I analyzed data to improve crop yields and streamline harvesting processes, while also managing orders, expenses, and worker schedules. This role sharpened my ability to identify inefficiencies, implement cost-saving strategies, and maintain brand consistency across marketing efforts. Earlier, as a Gold Trader and Assistant Manager at Fidelity Printers and Refiners in 2021, I restructured labor and inventory purchasing processes, optimizing spending and boosting productivity through meticulous record-keeping and critical thinking.

I pride myself on my adaptability and dedication to achieving measurable outcomes. My education at EU Business School, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with a solid foundation in project management, teamwork, and relationship building—skills I honed further while studying at the Private English Language Secondary School in Chelopech, Bulgaria. I’m proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and MS Teams, which I use to stay organized and collaborate effectively.
