I'm a customer service associate for Macy's.com and 1-800flowers.com where we process orders and track them depending on customer's concern. We also handle problems including but not limited to: order that wasn't received, wrong order received and damage or defective items.I'm also a Billing and Sales Specialist for AT&T U-verse Blue where we cater a lot of concerns but mostly billing concerns.
