I am 27 years old and a mother of 5. I am trying to look for a home based job so that I can take care of my kids especially my new born twins. I'm a Customer Service Associate for 4 years and my line of business includes: Order Entry, Order Tracking, Service Recovery, Chat Support, Sales, Billing, Technical, Appointment Setter and Market Research. I'm a customer service associate for Macy's.com and 1-800flowers.com where we process orders and track them depending on customer's concern. We also handle problems including but not limited to: order that wasn't received, wrong order received and damage or defective items.I'm also a Billing and Sales Specialist for AT&T U-verse Blue where we cater a lot of concerns but mostly billing concerns.

I'm a goal-oriented person. I have good communication skills, I'm a quick learner and I'm eager to learn more new things. I am flexible and adaptive. I consider myself empathetic and patient. I'm an excellent problem-solver and a critical thinker.
