I have been in a Call center industry for 6 months, I handled Telecom account Services to Sales. It's all about customer queries, new install (Home phone, endulgedTV, and the Internet), upselling, Billing questions and some basic troubleshooting. In indulged myself in Chat and Email support as well as data entry, It was my OJT Experience that was required for my course which is Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
