I have been in the BPO Industry for 8 years. In that 8 years, I have been promoted from a Customer Experience Agent to Floor Support to Manager On Duty to Team Leader, to Operations Supervisor and to Performance Manager. When I was an Operations Supervisor, I have created and revamped processes that helped our Operations function daily. I have also engaged myself in Client meetings and calls while managing my 15 Team Leaders and 20 Workforce Management Team. From my last position as a Performance Manager, I have closely worked with my Sales Team, Digital Account Specialists and Builders to ensure that we have delivered exceptional Customer Service to our Clients.
