I had an experience as a technical writer for insurance affiliated companies. My task was the first and vital touch in rewriting the insurance claims into a formal writing. In addition, I also proofread the written documents before sending it directly to clients. I am well calibrated with the Australian English grammar in terms of writing and I'm also well acquainted with the American English in terms of speaking. As a writer and proofreader, I am very meticulous with my works. I always make sure that no error shall be committed and that the assigned tasks will be submitted in a timely manner. However, if error is inevitable, I always make sure to have room for improvement and always keep in mind on not repeating the same error twice.
