At TPPH – FHCS Inc., I helped patients with their healthcare needs and managed insurance claims, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and confidentially. Currently, at Concentrix, I focus on detecting and preventing fraud by analyzing transactions and investigating suspicious activities.
