I've been working in a BPO industry for more than 3 years handling multiple technical concerns for TELCO clients.

I worked as a verifier in a non-profit organization for 10 months.

I was also with a US client for almost 2 years. It is a company that leads total loss claims connecting insurers with the largest lien holders. We gathered information from vehicle loan payoffs, letter of guarantees, lien releases, titles and more.

I am also a part-time English as a Second Language(ESL) teacher and an aspiring Virtual Assistant. I am a beginner as a VA, but I am confident that I can learn new things with effort, confidence and dedication. I am also willing to be trained. Nothing is impossible as long as we are willing to learn new things.

I am fully prepared to take calls anf handle different objections to help small businesses thrive. I have a positive outlook in life.
