My previous job was a tele-collector in a collection agency which is located here in the Philippines but works remotely. As a collector, we managed to update our client's customers about their upcoming dues, past dues, and many other things that we should remind them of. I'm also the one who files cases for big accounts that have not been settled. I also have an experience as a chat operator in a fantasy-based platform which I cannot disclose.
