I am a results-oriented, patient and high-energy customer service representative with more than 9 years experience. I have the ability to treat my job not just as a responsibility but more of a passion. I enjoy interacting with customers and know that a happy customer is a repeat customer.
I have worked with various U.S. based companies catering Payroll/Accounting, tax questions, eCommerce and Insurance.
Being in the Customer Service for the longest time, I have learned the techniques of effectively managing a team (as a Team Leader) as well as honing my skills in evaluating calls making sure the best customer experience is given (as a Quality Assurance Analyst).
