Holy Joy Entes

Hi there, I'm Holy Joy Entes. I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics and a licensed teacher. I previously worked on a corporate job as Customer Service representative for 1year and 4 months and been promoted as Quality Assurance Analyst on the latter part. Wherein I was assigned to facilitate the weekly session with the client, create and do the reports for the weekly and monthly performance of the team, evaluate and audit the accuracy of the cases worked by the agents and do some coaching for the areas of opportunities.
