What can I say about myself? Well modesty aside, I am a responsible, resourceful and warm kind of person. I can definitely interact with different kinds of people. Maybe this is the reason why I became a Customer Service Representative (CSR) of two leading Call Centers here in my location. Before I became a CSR, I worked as a public servant in my hometown as a Secretary. My tasks here includes doing monthly reports of all the accomplishments of the community, attending meetings in behalf of the community chairman, and sometimes settling disputes among the constituents if there is any. My job here is very fulfilling since I am able to help a lot of people in order to make our community a better place to live in. I was also able to worked with a savings and loan association as one of the Membership and Loans Staff. In this field, I had to ensure that I had to encode names of new members and transmit it online to be able to be included in the company's database. I also assists members who wants to avail services of the association specially in terms of borrowing money (loans). I have to make sure that the computation of the loan such as the monthly amortization and interest is accurate before giving all the details to the borrower.
I can say that I am a person who can work with a team or independently for the fulfillment of the company's mission and vision.
