My name is Hilal Gürbüz, and I am a dedicated and open-minded professional with versatile experience in customer service, process optimization, and data management.
After completing my apprenticeship in office management and working as a GIS analyst in logistics, I am currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at FutureLog AG. In this role, I support the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term account management, and contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
