Hezekiah Bianca Nuñez

I am a Senior High School graduate with honors in Accountancy and Business Management from Mater Dei College. I am currently studying the program in Tourism Management. I have gained relative experience these past years. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as an ESL Teacher. As a previous Customer Service Representative, I am tasked with taking calls from customers that are based in the United States. I was trained to handle sensitive information as I assessed customers throughout the billing process. I was set to provide satisfaction from our service.

My experience shows that I can manage my time and relationship with customers effectively. I can use my past experiences to my advantage in this field by providing services to the client. I believe I have some technical knowledge and abilities to utilize and showcase in this role. As I have quite a lot of experience managing almost 6000 followers on Facebook, I am familiar enough with how social media works in marketing.
