Hi, I’m currently a trainer but have experience in having multiple roles in a company. Customer service in a BPO set up led me to handle different roles and projects . I have handled multiple start up campaigns. I was sent to different countries to lead a team and get certified. All campaigns were launched successfully.

Campaigns I have handled include Staples, Paypal, Sprint, Citibank, Ebay, Hilton and Best Western Hotels and Toys R us.

I’m also proficient in handling client management for email,phone and face to face transactions. Also familiar with B2B and B2C set up.
