My professional journey began on the frontlines as a customer service representative, where I developed a deep understanding of client needs, service standards, and communication. That hands-on experience gave me a unique edge as I transitioned into leadership roles, where I’ve since led teams, coached performance, and helped optimize operations in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

I’ve worked extensively in the BPO industry, supporting major clients like Amazon and Verizon, which allowed me to become highly familiar with customer systems and a variety of operational tools. I’m proficient in platforms such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Oracle and various CRM and reporting systems. My ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms has been a major asset throughout my career.

One of my key strengths is organization. I take pride in managing workflows efficiently, solving problems proactively, and making sure the teams I support feel confident and aligned in their goals. I enjoy creating systems that improve productivity and simplify processes, whether that’s through better scheduling, clearer reporting, or cross functional coordination.
