Transformation & Operations Community Project:

RIT Automation Project: automate the software
renewal process with the Global Asset Management
Portal (GAMP) Tool and with a Push notification with
the SODA Push notification Report. The idea is to
accelerate the DPE´sdecision and to ease approval
steps for approvers with an agile implementation
(Mural, Trello, Zoom,Slack involved for better
communication and performance along the project).
Agile Incubator project: Is a program geared to
assist,guide and speed up the success of the
improvement projects initiated in the Asset
Management Argentina Team. It is conformed by BA
AMers certified under the Agile framework (Scrum
Master). With important initiatives such as innovation,
escale agile and generate social network. The purpose
is to ignite changes to the way we work and bring
value to our AM Community.
