To whom it may concern
Carin joined us in June 2018 and from the start we found we had the pleasure of a self-starter who was
willing to take on real work from the get-go. She was appointed into a largely technical IT
environment with over a hundred people distributed over three cities across the country. Her
responsibilities started with the executive heading up the IT and a few other areas but included
the managers in the layers below this. Her full portfolio extended to helping anyone who needed help
across the full complement of the wider team. This is a huge volume of responsibility and Carin accepted
this challenge eagerly and managed the workload to everyone’s satisfaction.
Carin joined at the start of a big system review project which involved many internal stakeholders as well
as primary consultants and then extended to include multiple consultants from all over the world
participating in the process. The project ran for over a year although activities spiked a few times in this
period. There was a tremendous amount of coordination to manage across all these stakeholders over this
period, and on top of her daily work. She managed all this flawlessly, and it was a pleasure to have all this
handled very professionally and to the finest detail, removing a lot of stress from the management team.
Over time, as the business changed and the impact of COVID on our way of work, the type of work Carin
had to do started shifting and there became a need to rationalize PAs across the business. As a natural
performer, this resulted in Carin being asked to take on more executive PA roles across the business.
In summary, I would recommend Carin as a person with exceptional work-ethic, great coordination
skills, eager to learn and take on responsibility and someone who delights in enabling her clients.
Sincerely,
