With my vast array of experiences spanning customer support, complaints handling, social media management, sales, and a multitude of other processes and industries, adding to that all the skills I have developed and mastered along the way, I believe I would be able to contribute positively to your organization's goals and visions. As a strong advocate of providing services remotely due to the changing times we are heading into, I have come to the realization that the online world has a lot to offer and similarly allows me to offer my skills and expertise via the same.

To highlight some:

• I have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and has little Spanish knowledge sprinkled in.

• I'm prolific at all current and relevant social media, email, communications, productivity, editing, and content creation platforms/software/programs including most hardware used commonly in office settings.

• I'm a very rapid learner and fond of puzzles/problem solving/trivia.

• I'm a great team player who can also remain productive and resourceful even while unsupervised.

Outside of work, some of my hobbies and interests include:

• Playing, learning, mastering my bass guitar

• Grinding it out on the poker felt via tournaments

• Video editing for recently created YouTube channel for my dog and other future content

• Writing, reading, learning about anything and everything
