assessment and risks and wrote all related processes and procedures to mitigate risks.
In August 2019 I was asked to draft the following:
* I drafted the Enterprise Risk Management Policy for the company, the policy is based on the COSO
ERM system.
* I drafted the risk assessment documentation on MS Excell. This includes the risk definitions, risk
weightings, treatment options, residual risk weightings, ownership of risk options, etc.
* I developed the Impact and Likelihood matrixes that all identified risks will be assessed against to
ensure consistency of assessment.
