I am HERFORD ARCAYA MALOLOT. I am from Bontod, Larena, Siquijor. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am a skilled computer technician with over 12 years of experience in Cyber Library and in the IT Department at Siquijor State College. My professional skills includes, Computer Set-up wherein I set-up, installed and configured computers in various business locations to support operations and reporting. I also fixed hardware, devices and software to set up work stations for new employees. I also know how to test and install motherboard, processors and graphic cards, desktop and laptops for corporate staff. I also know how to used diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures and replace non functional components. Removed malware and ransomware and other threats from laptops and desktop systems. Assessed system and software and suggested modifications to reduce lag time and improved overall speed and explained technical information in clear terms to non-technical individuals to promote better understanding.
