I have worked for ten years in a semiconductor company as an equipment maintenance technician. Having worked and studied years back helped me developed different skills which I know would help me to deliver well in the online world. In my previous employment I gained problem solving skills as well as communication skills. I do the repair of the system needed to do the electrical testing of semiconductor devices. Meaning to say I look for the cause of trouble and do the proper troubleshooting so the system would produce output efficiently. After the repair follows doing of a report and proper endorsement so it will be ready for mass production. Troubleshooting of our system before includes knowledge in electronic circuit, use of Digital Multimeter and programming language. 

I also learned and practice programming languages ( C language , Visual Basic, JavaScript , Oracle SQL ) both in school and in my workplace as well as Microsoft Office. 

After a decade and moving back to my hometown, I worked in a BPO field as a customer service representative. I was assigned to the billing department. We handle the billing of clients of a telecom. We offered upgrade of their current plans, process the disputes, follow up for the payment dues, offer different payment terms for the delinquent clients, proper endorsement to technical support for technical related concerns and anything that we can do on our end to deliver better to our customers. 

In the meantime, I am an aspirant virtual assistant. I have attended trainings for me to be able to shift to being an online freelancer. I know so much opportunities are available this year and I want to take advantage of it. I have attended General Virtual Assistance Course last April 2021 to gain knowledge from real and experienced virtual assistants. I have familiarized myself to different tools in appointment setting , photo and video editing and the likes. I also have read and practice different YouTube tutorials regarding Work From Home, Virtual Assistance, Online Opportunities and anything related to remote work setup. I am continuously educating myself with other work platforms and various skills so I can deliver well to my future client.
