Manage a small business of an internet cafe (known as Pisonet here in the Philippines) for more than 8 years now. I am the only one who troubleshoots, configures, sets up, diagnoses, and repairs technical issues and problems on my windows computers. I diagnosed and repair hardware problems, and installed software/applications. Set up, maintained, and troubleshoot computers and peripheral hardware such as keyboard and mouse.
