Henry Huynh

I am a motivated IT student currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Estrella Mountain Community College (2024–Present), with a strong interest in gaining practical experience in entry-level IT support and help desk roles.

While I am early in my IT career, I bring real professional experience in customer service, teamwork, reliability, and problem-solving developed through hands-on employment. I am currently employed at Tokyo Joe’s as a Line Cook (August 2024–Present), where I work in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, multitasking, and clear communication while consistently following operational, safety, and quality standards. This role has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate effectively with team members to meet customer expectations.

Previously, I worked at McDonald’s as a Crew Member (October 2023–August 2024), where I provided direct customer service in a high-volume setting, handled transactions, addressed customer concerns professionally, and supported daily operations while adhering to compliance and safety protocols. I also assisted with training new employees, helping to develop my communication, adaptability, and leadership skills. Through my academic coursework and professional experience, I have developed entry-level technical skills including basic IT and help desk support, hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and wireless devices, familiarity with Windows 10 operating systems, basic networking concepts, browser support using Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. I am also familiar with Android and iPhone devices and have basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I offer strong verbal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with a typing speed of 82 WPM, and I am seeking opportunities to continue learning while providing dependable, professional, and honest technical support.
