Transfer of NSITF contributions to RSA of contributors under the NSITF scheme
Processing of monthly pension of contributors under the scheme.
Speedy reconciliation of exceptions in Contribution Reconciliation Account (CRA).
Prompt Crediting of pension remittance into reconciled PINs.
Transfer of POST RTS Pension remittances to other PFAs
General Refunds to other PFAs
Follow up on employers on issues relating to remittance schedules with No PIN, Invalid PIN etc.
Resolution of all contributions related issues and complaints from customers
Redemption and transfer of redeemed contributions from TCF to appropriate PFAs of the members
Management of transfer of Retirement Savings Account under RTS
Rendition of weekly, monthly and on-demand report on CRA reconciliation, IPPIS contributions and Risk report.
