I was at the B2B Network Implementation Management department as a Network Implementation
Manager, where I was the customer's contact throughout the implementation of Tele2 services. I
planed the implementation of the ordered services by ordering customer equipment, network
accesses, and real-estate networks. Furthermore, I ensured and booked resources, both internally and
externally, to ensure and document the connections in all their parts and the customer delivery
progress in our support systems. I was with the customer throughout the implementation to ensure
we had a satisfied customer after the implementation of the requested services. As an
Implementation Manager, I also handled the termination of services. I had many contacts internally
and externally and I was communicating daily with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other
departments internally on Tele2.

I managed a CRM project where I signed a contract that prevents me to reveal any detailed client or
project information. My tasks were to manage a pre-study, make a budget and a time plan, purchase
products and services, commissioning, training, documentation, and handover to the operation and
management. The project was completed on time and slightly under budget.

I managed a project in network, infrastructure, IT security, and telephony where I signed a contract
that prevents me to reveal any detailed client or project information. I came in the middle of the
pre-study when the project manager chose to leave. After completion of the pre-study, I conducted a
small workshop to get user requests, and then I wrote a specification that the client approved. After
scheduling, budgeting, ordering communication links, purchase of consultants, beta testing,
commissioning, documentation, and handover to operation and management. After completion of
the project, I remained as Service Delivery Manager for approx. 6 months.

As a Project Manager, I was responsible primarily for the adopting-/transition projects to move
customer operations to our data center, virtualization projects, server modernizations- and
consolidations projects, infrastructure change projects, network projects, security projects, client
standardization project (image-and MSI-handling).
For the projects, we used both internal and external resources, as well as offshore consultants mainly
in India.
As Service Delivery Manager I was responsible for monthly or quarterly meetings with some of our
customers, oversee the health of our customer´s IT environment, It security, develop and nurture
customer relationships, together with the customer plan their future infrastructure, aftersales of

As a Project Manager, I did technical analyses, design of technical solutions, IT security, presentations
of technical solutions to customers, purchasing/planning/coordinating of products, communication
services like leased lines or VPN, installation services, operation subsidence, and quality control,
documentation and finely after-sales. Often there where migration of server OS and customerspecific applications e.g. CRM, ERP.
In my role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, I designed network, IT security and infrastructure solutions,
presented technical solutions and products to our customers, participated at customer visits with
technical advice, doing presentations and demonstrations, customer offerings, seminars, fairs and so.
My work also included cooperation with different operators, e.g. Telia, Banverket (Swedish National
Rail Administration), STOKAB, and I had many international contacts with customers and suppliers in
Spain, Germany, England, Taiwan, Korea, U.S.A, and others.
Sales Engineer, I was responsible for several existing customers and pursued new customers.
Responsibilities included the interpreting customer needs, translate it into a technical solution, and
present it to the customer. At major tenders / public procurement, we worked often in groups. For the
most part was involved infrastructure, network, and IT security.
During my time in of these positions, I was Product Manager for the company's product portfolio,
which mostly meant to interpret customer needs, find new products, negotiate with suppliers, test
new products, introduce the products to the customers, train technicians and sales of new products,
etc. The work included many contacts with all our international suppliers.

I completed my studies 1983 at a Technical High School and graduated
as an engineer with data/tele and electronic skills.

Ranger in the Swedish Marines, Amphibious Corps
(Kustjägare) 1980-81.

o Of course, I have done a lot of courses, in Sweden and abroad, often
arranged of suppliers like 3Com, Cisco, Telia, Sun, HP but also of less
well-known suppliers. I have also gone courses in different protocols,

o Swedish is my native language, and I am perfect both verbal and writing.
o I speak and write English without problems since my job in England the

free, like the most common applications from Microsoft, Adobe,
Macromedia and others. I have also worked a lot with Novell Netware,

community association where I live for 12 years.
