I am a versatile and results-driven young professional with a strong foundation in Education and Information Studies, complemented by hands-on experience in aviation security, customer service, and procurement support. During my national service with the Ghana Airports Company Limited, I developed a deep understanding of frontline customer service and airport operations. I supported passengers through check-in, boarding, and general enquiries, always aiming to create a smooth, positive travel experience. I also carried out passenger screening, ID verification, and guided individuals through security procedures in line with regulatory standards. Whether resolving issues related to baggage, seating, or delays, I handled each situation with calm professionalism and empathy. Supporting passengers with special needs further strengthened my sense of patience, attentiveness, and responsibility.

My internship at GHACEM introduced me to procurement and administrative operations. I assisted with sourcing goods and services, tracking inventory, updating documentation, and coordinating with vendors and staff. This experience sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate efficiently with teams to meet operational needs.

Across all my roles, teamwork has been central. I enjoy working with diverse colleagues to achieve shared goals, and I am always eager to learn from new processes, systems, and challenges. I am digitally confident, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, online communication platforms, and basic social media management—skills that enable me to work effectively in modern, technology-driven workplaces.
