I've been with BPO industry for 8 years now. I am a mother of four and married for less than a year. I am currently a team leader for a non-voice campaign in the Philippines. We cater to Australia and New Zealand clients. I do have experience with coaching, admin task such as team's/site scorecard via excel, creating reports for the team, analysing stats and creating action items for each team members. Also, I have had attended several trainings for dealing/handling with agents(people). I've been working for the company for 3 years and 5 years. I got promoted as a team lead during my 1st year and 8 months with the company. I never had any attendance issues and was a top agent during my probationary.
