Here's an exercise we'd like to share to help you stay or get on track. Grab a cup of tea, your paper and pen, and let's get started! List each area above as it's own heading, and answer the following: > GOAL: What is my ultimate goal? It doesn't matter why you haven't reached it; we're working from today. >RESOURCES: What do I currently have access to that will help me reach the goal? Free education counts - YouTube, MIT OpenCourseware, etc. >EXPECTATION: What am I holding myself accountable to accomplish by the end of this week? It's okay to tackle it week by week; give it a try. >ACTION: How will I implement this into my existing schedule? Truly examine what you can give up and replace with what's needed of you to attain your goal. >TIME: BLOCK OFF THE TIME AND PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR. Remember, your life is a corporation and you have to schedule meetings, assignments, etc. for YOU. At the end of each week look at what you've accomplished (or not) and do it all over again until your action steps become habits and you've reached your goals!
