I am in the outsourcing industry for almost 7 years going from voice to non-voice accounts.
Several challenges occurred but good thing I was able to get the hang of it. During my voice accounts, I was able to satisfy my customers providing them customer satisfaction equipped with abilities and responsibilities of being a good customer service. In line with this, I also make sure that for my outbound clients I could always provide them highly qualified hot leads and over reach our quotas and now I'm starting to build my career in e-commerce.
