My name is Helen Ndidi Worlu, an indigene of Oroworukwo Town, Port Harcourt Local Government Area and a Graduate of Microbiology from Tansian University, Oba, Anambra State.
I got to know about this vacancy through a friend and would be honored to be a team member. Amongst the skills I have gathered during my past job experiences, a clear communication between a customer and a customer service representative is very valuable as it creates an understanding between the representative and the customer which could lead to better outcome. Also a problem-solving skill that can calm even the most difficult situations with customers is of utmost priority as is empathy.
