I have worked for 3 years in a BPO company already. Given my experiences, voice, and non-voice, I already have that confidence in my communication skills, my typing skills, and customer service. I was trained to follow instructions, could easily be trained to a different set of processes, and am open to new skills. I am dedicated, determined, and passionate about what I can do to get successful results. I am also in the process of developing new other skills now.
