In my previous jobs in an administrative position for past 3 years, I experienced workloads, paper works, customer services and management.

I worked as an Administrative Aide, a Frontline Encoder on a hospital, my job were to handle paper works as well as gave client's assistance on the process of admitting and discharging their respective patients.

My second job was an Administrative Assistant on the office of the City Prosecutor. My responsibilites was to manage paper works, filing up orders, criminal records, to my assigned prosecutors. Also, I issued Prosecutor clearances for the purpose of local employment, renewed of contracts, travels and retirements.

I am an expertise in using Microsoft Office software, willing to learn new programs and procedures quickly. I am able to handle multi- tasking, time management, scheduling meetings, assist client's emails, support or other requirements proposed. I will be efficient and effective in handling confidential matters discreetly.
