HEIDI NORMAN

OVERVIEW
I have 20+ years’ experience working in digital content, blended learning design, and production,
starting with 10 years at one of the UK’s pathfinding learning agencies, EPIC Group. I learnt my trade
from the best, and left being able to design, manage and lead my own projects, and forge strong
relationships with clients at all levels from a wide range of industries. Since EPIC was sold I’ve
worked directly with clients, often within talent management or in presales, as a freelancer.
Happy past clients have come from Professional Services, Government bodies, Education,
Pharmaceuticals; for example: Deloitte, PWC, DWP, Environment Agency, NHS, Royal Navy, MOD,
Beazley, Lloyds, Kings College, Legal & General, BP, Roche, Zurich, Syngenta.
Though I have worked end to end on projects for many years, my main interest is in helping clients
in the early stages of development with their strategy, working out business and learning needs and
how best to meet them. I want to improve user experience and outcomes, make learning as adaptive
and personal as possible, change behaviours, make mastering complex subjects feel achievable,
leave users with a sense of personal development; in short, ensure they want to come back for more!
