Client can register in the system and can purchase a plan for their AC unit. Based on the plan System will schedule the service and Assign an employee to the service based on defined rules. Employee will go to client’s house, service the units , will fill the service report and take a client signature. There is lot more functionalities that Client, Employee and Admin can do.
