I started working in the customer service area 8 years ago, and along the way and have learn many important things about it, like working under pressure, being independent when finding a resolution, working with little or no supervision, along with other things as well. During this time as well, I had the opportunity to gain experience in different areas still having customer service as a base; I became a debt collector and afterwards a medical interpreter. Being a debt collector changed my mind set, it gave me confidence to talk straight forward to the point and of course using empathy but as well getting a payment done. As a medical interpreter I was able to extend my vocabulary since I had to deal with terms I did not know or did not use that often. Also, my writing skills have improved a lot since whenever I am interpreting, I need to write notes down as fast as possible and answer as well as soon as they stop talking.
These are the experiences that have built my career so far, and I am eager to learn and do new things. I consider myself a very responsible, fast learner individual and am ready to give the best of me in any task assigned.
