OTHER EXPERIENCE RMI MASTER TRAINER, CGI PHILIPPINES INC. – DATES (06/18 TO PRESENT) As an RMI Master Trainer, I act as a contact person for managers who may have questions about the implementation of the Recruitment Model Integration in CGI Philippines, Inc. I assist the managers if they have questions concerning the ins and outs of the new recruitment model, from sourcing and interviewing candidates more effectively, all the way to boosting our social media presence to attract more referrals. REGIONAL CONTROLLER, ELIXIA NORDIC AS – DATES (11/09 TO 06/13) Account manager and controller for several Elixia training centers in the Oslo and Akershus region. As a Regional Accountant, I was responsible for maintaining and balancing all accounts for the centers I handled, invoice handling for both AP and AR accounts, budgeting, financial control, analysis, audit and reporting. PROJECT MANAGER/TRAINER, MS DYNAMICS AX AND COMPELLO 7 UPGRADE, ELIXIA NORDIC AS – DATES (12/11 TO 06/13) Responsible for the successful migration of the company to new ERP and invoice management systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX (from Axapta 2003) and Compello 7 (from Compello 3). As project manager, I was responsible for the success of all project phases including vendor selection, software customization, data migration, testing and training all employees (Norway, Sweden and Finland) to use the new systems. JUNIOR CONTROLLER, RADISSON BLU PARK HOTEL – DATES (03/07 TO 11/09) Responsible for reconciliation of hotel cash and credit card reports after night audit, as well as invoicing and credit collection from AR accounts. I was also responsible for handling commission enquiries from travel agents.
