I analyze the performance of the campaign landing page through Hotjar, a new and powerful tool that reveals the online behavior and voice of your users. By combining both A) Analysis and B) Feedback tools, Hotjar gives you the 'big picture' of how to improve your site's user experience and performance/conversion rates.

Through analytical reports regarding the pages' performance and measure the results according to the required benchmarks. I work with the web team to enhance the online user experience. I received an honorary recognition award on MEA level award with my team for landing page optimization. I also took an inbound marketing certification through hubspot academy. I am currently taking photoshop online course to refresh my memory. I design presentation templates to showcase business results for a managerial level. I technically made a career shift since I am a CS major and working in digital marketing. I have basic knowledge about HTML, CSS, Java and I can enhance any of them if required. I also like to keep constantly learning new skills and take on different kinds of courses for me to be able to explore a lot of options.
