I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with several years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and virtual assistance. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both in-person and remote settings, handling tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, email and chat support, and managing client communications with accuracy and efficiency.

I started my career in customer-facing roles, working for companies like Dunkin’ Donuts and Marshalls Shoe Store, where I developed strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Later, I transitioned into caregiving roles at New Horizons SLS, The Lodge in Glen Cove, and Star Care Home, where I learned the importance of empathy, patience, and reliability.

In 2023, I worked as a Virtual Assistant at Outlier Detailing, where I managed data entry, customer service calls, and appointment scheduling. I also have experience in the tax preparation industry, working seasonally at Tax & Immigration Consulting Services, where I handle client documents, perform data entry, and assist in individual and business tax filings.

Currently, I am employed at Three Bears Alaska Inc. as an Audit Control/Tagger, where I maintain accurate labeling and records strengthening my attention to detail and organizational skills.

I am a fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems and tools with proper training. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and basic CRM platforms.
