Hazelyn Dulos

I started working at a young age, I had the opportunity to work with AT&T, VERIZON, and OPTUS. My duties were to provide technical abilities to clienteles. I configured network connectivity issues to both phone and computers. I helped clienteles configure emails and sms problems.

Through the years of experiences working in the BPO industry, my abilities were nurtured and my potentials were welcomed in the work-from-home line of career.

After working with telecommunication companies, Real Estate firms opened their door for me. My responsibilities were to engage with prospects that will generate leads. I was able to acquire skills in data mining, appointment setting, project management, social media management, chat and email support, customer service, marketing, and basic accounting. For 6 years that I have worked in this industry, I was able to help my family and with that being said, I have the passion to pursue this career.
